F-Droid
Droid-ify is really great, much lighter and faster than any other client I’ve used.

I’ve found foxydroid to be better myself
Newpipe
Firefox Nightly (called Fennec on F-Droid)
Because it has support for uBlock Origin. Literally the only thing making browsing bearable on unrooted Android.
Normal FF on android has uBlock Origin as well!
nightly logo looks much cooler
Does anyone know the difference between fennec and mull?
Mull is hardened version of firefox. With some configs of arkenfox. You could compare it to librewolf on desktop
not sure about mull. if you meant fennec and firefox, it’s about the fact that fennec is not officially distributed by mozilla. because of this, those who distribute them can’t use the firefox branding.
Here’s the link. Might be a fork of fennec? Not sure.
I think fennec does not provide any privacy oriented features other than what cames packaged in firefox source code.
Mull is hardened FF with arkenfox user.js and Tor Project additional benefits, and you can use custom addon collections. I got Bypass Paywalls and SingleFile onto Mull this way. Beautiful.
Put this in custom addon collection in Mull

and see magic happen in available addons menu. Thank me later.

indeed - wonder how i lived without it
AntennaPod
Loop Habit Tracker.
Nothing comes close on any platform.
Material Files
I cannot emphasise enough the importance of a proper file manager that can allow properly adding/mounting external storage, or inputting files for local sharing between apps, or uploading via browser. Important especially since Android 11 scoped storage shenanigans.

By far the greatest manga/comic reader ever made. If you love reading graphic novels, you owe it to yourself to try this app. There’s also a desktop version being made called Tachidesk.
There is also a fork of it which can view videos called Aniyomi. It’s also pretty solid. https://github.com/jmir1/aniyomi
Transportr
this is indeed a beautiful public transport router! I do especially like sharing a planned route including emojis
KDE Connect
How did anybody not mention this? Disappointed.
