Watch this offer get memoryholed in a week or two as well, just like all the previous ones. The article already uses the familiar “Russia is an unreliable energy supplier” line. That the EU have done everything in their power to make Russia an “unreliable supplier” hurts the propaganda campaign so we don’t talk about that.

If anything the EU has shown that they are the unreliable energy consumer especially considering Russia’s multiple attempts to meet their original contractual agreements… In any case, the ship of sanity has sailed for the time being.

It’s all about the time, let’s wait for the winter. The winter is coming.

This will put the US in front of a big test, let’s see how they will deal with their European allies’ major problem.

This was nothing but Putin trying to look “generous”. Germany showed good self control declining an offer to resume its previous addiction.

Yes, they should let their people pay exorbitant prices for heating or freeze, because it’s the right thing to do.

An addiction that has turned out to be a massive liability, as the US warned previously. Germany should avoid reversing course on getting itself off Russian fossil fuels.

And instead buy fracking gas from United States which is about 4 times more expensive, and much worse for the environment. What a great plan.

Yep. Germany has made some big mistakes, but not in 2022. Correcting previous mistakes is often painful.

One would think that communists would not defend the least communist place on Earth, but I suppose they have some historical baggage that’s hard to get rid of. And a deeper hatred of west than a love of communism.

If I was a communist, I would hate Russia for ruining it. The Jacobins were on to something, though, perhaps humanity can get there some day still.

Well the people you speak of here do not defend USA or UK. Seems consistent. You are a fascist, not a communist, so your reactionary grift would be easily identifiable.

If you were a communist you would hate usa. It is the most anticommunist place in the world.

But you think that it is not usa? You are clearly not a communist and will never be.

You can bow to king Olaf I instead. He will let you hate on the others outside his kingdom all day. But he won’t give you heating. Well, that is, if you’re poor. If you’re not, you can watch king Olaf sacrifice the poors to the cold, one after another. Will you feel their suffering? Will you turn your head away from the atrocities and try to ignore them?

Yes, this here is exactly what’s wrong with the communist movement now. They (you?) are so blind with hatred towards the US that you fail to see even worse things.
