minus-square☆ Yσɠƚԋσʂ ☆link22•2 years agoI started keeping my phone in DND mode and only allow notifications from chat apps I use with people I know personally. I find that I’ve stopped checking my phone all the time and it’s been a huge quality of life improvement for me.
