Starlink and Tesla will be able to mine a huge amount of data from its users. Not only that, but I also heard that Google Cloud is also partnering with Starlink. Also, Tesla cars are full of cameras and sensors which are probably active 24x7. Not only that, Tesla cars continuously upload and download data. These companies are definitely great in innovation and I really like it but they get access to a lot of data.

    Right now I don’t worry about him. Tesla is just one of many car brands, and Starlink won’t be used much outside of remote areas with no wired internet access. I don’t see his products/services reaching nearly as many people as Facebook

    I wouldn’t worry about starlink because there are/will be competitors and it will act as another ISP. I don’t think it will be significantly better or worse then existing ISP’s. One thing that could make it worse is that it naturally has a global reach.

    Chinese government already took steps to ban Teslas around their military areas. Other governments need to ban Teslas with cameras as well, spying for NSA and CIA.
