I’ve tentatively decided to use a stylized copyleft logo for /c/libre_culture, which you can see here:

I went with something simple so it’s still recognizable even if it’s small. I chose a green one because Libre culture is also partly an environmentalist ideology, as it promotes repairing instead of replacing. It’s also a similar colour to the Open Source Initiative logo, as the two ideologies are related and overlap. Plus, the green logo provides good contrast with almost any theme, whereas a darker colour would be harder to see in dark mode, and a lighter colour would be harder to see in light mode.

What do you think? Do you like it, do you like one of the runner-ups better, or do you think I should have went with something else entirely?

    I really like the green, I think it’s much more fitting for the movement even if I think the yellow looks a little cooler.

    I like all of these, but the green one works for the community the best, I would say.
