Context: The post was about how Tiktok was promoting minors sexualizing themselves for men and grooming them for sex work and etc (which I completely agree with). There was a sinophobic comment on the post though for no god damn reason. Everything that’s related to China somehow has an evil plot to it and how they’re trying to sabotage the west. This is yellow peril in the 21st century, and this is a horrific thing to promote. If circumstances were different and ripe, they would be thinking that Jews or other POC are responsible for societies’ woes.

Not quite related, but a similair idea was peddled by one Lev Gumilev, a Soviet ethnograph and “philosopher”. He claimed that “khazars” had brought drugs and gambling to Rus, and also equated khazars with Jews - either with Ashkenazi specifically, or with Jews in general.
So I would not at all be surprised if similair “ideas” will begin to show up in mainstream soon, this time with Chinese as the “culprit”.
