No way Instagram is losing this unfortunately. That would set a great precedence though but this sort of behavior is too normalized for effective punishment.

It’s the patriotic duty of all American citizens to provide their biometric data to Facebook and the government. How else is the DHS supposed to know whom to abduct in an unmarked van.
