I don’t really have one, but the most recent impressions are the strongest, so the most recent book I read sort of becomes my favorite one (if it’s a good book of course).
Right now I’m reading The Master and Margarita by Mikhail Bulgakov, and I already really love it. Quite a bizarre book. It contains really weird and wild dark satire, and an interesting stance on religion. I haven’t completed it yet, but it’s already one of my all time favorites.
All in all, don’t subject yourself to poor descriptions of it by other people, and just go and read it yourself. It’s an incredible piece of writing, and is rightly called one of the best novels of the 20th century.
