    If you’ve read what the CPC has to say in regard to Stalin and the secret speech, when they say “70/30” they are agreeing with more or less everything Khrushchev had to say, but saying “in spite of this, Stalin was good” you can see this in The 1963 CPC document, ‘On the Question of Stalin’, and ‘More on the Historical Experience of the Dictatorship of the Proletariat’ (which was published six months after the release of Khrushchev’s ‘secret speech’ by the US government).
