You could make some pepperoni yourself using tofu or by making seitan. There are also some salami recipes out there. As for products you can buy near you? Sorry no clue, but someone else here may know.

Somewhat related, but the vegan chorizo at trader joe’s is really good.
Tofurkey’s versions are fine: good, not great. Their deli meats are generally pretty easy to find and p delish but a little expensive.
