With their history and track record in mind, the side that Germany is on gives me a lot of hope regarding WW3’s outcome.

The idea of a landlocked European country pledging support to a war that would in no way involve them, with countries on the other side of the world is amazing to me.

Well, that’s basically colonialism in a nutshell. It’s been becoming increasingly obvious the mindset of those ruling so-called first world countries has changed very little since the days prior to WW1, aside from them all now being lapdogs to one specific imperialist power.

Good, they’ll be in range of Chinese naval launched short range missiles and artillery, followed by a Chinese marine landing. Or perhaps for irony sake the Chinese could land in France…

That’s what happens when you elect a warhawk Foreign Minister who was part of the Friends of Taipei club or whatever it’s called and went to foreign policy hawk school in DC. That’s also what happens when you’re a US vassal state and reliably anti-communist asset.

To your question, I don’t know that Germany has ever been on the right side of history.

Take this a step further. China should preemptively ban all manufacturing exports to the West. Yes they would take a hit economically, but they’ll be fine in the long run while the West will collapse by the end of the week, thus solving all the world’s problems.

So much of American distribution is based on “just in time” stocking.

You are correct. Wal Mart and all other big box stores the MAJORITY of America relies on would be empty by the end of the week. It would be full blown anarchy.

Isn’t their economy already in shambles enough with their involvement against Russia? America is just using Europe like a rental car and out of some misallocated loyalty to western culture (i.e. which is just the good old days of imperialism when they could all feed on the flesh of the global south) they are going ahead with it.
