    Khao soi. I’ve been living in Thailand for almost two years now and eat vegetarian version of it almost daily. It’s brilliant!

    Proteins, carbs, fats - got everything. There’s a general rule when it comes to food here that a dish should contain 5 tastes: sour, sweet, creamy, spicy and salty and this dish covers this perfectly.
