I know that Lemmy is in early beta, but would hosting an instance now help with identifying issues such as feedback on operating an instance and activity pub issues, etc…?

    Installing it was very simple using the docker-compose method. I did run into a docker-compose.yml file problem and I’ve created a github issue on it. Otherwise, setup is really easy.

    I’ve also found a couple of other issues as admin. github issues have been created for those as well.

    This was with just a basic install. I’m gonna put nginx in-front of it with SSL next… though I suspect that nothing will change.

      Cool, I’ll check em out. This test instance is nginx + letsencrypt, it should be okay.
