    I hadn’t used my printer in a while and it stopped printing correctly. I thought that probably the cartridge dried in, so I put a new one in. Still doesn’t print correctly. Now I have two opened cartridges and no working printer.

      What make and model it is? Perhaps the printheads are separate from the cartridge and thus the printheads dried up as well?

        It’s an HP Deskjet F4224.

        And yeah, that seems plausible. The magenta ink is coming out of the cartridge, but makes a mess in the printer rather than going onto the paper…

    I notice Canon didn’t make it to the raid. I wonder what issues of their own making kept them…

    I will only ever print something on Linux now, it just works, like holy shit when you try to do anything on windows it just finds a reason to break or not print the one page I need

    Buy a used needle printer and some hearing-protection instead :D
