1 Unavailable as multiplexers (like tmux or screen) can be connected to multiple terminals (with different color settings) at the same time.
One column that should be added is IME support. Kitty, for example, is a very capable terminal emulator, but has big issues with Chinese/Korean/Japanese input, rendering it unusable for a large portion of potential users.
This doesn’t even agree with the table at the link. For example, Konsole supports changing foreground color.
If I’m not mistaken, Gnome Terminal supports changing the background color
This matrix is for features supported via ANSI escape codes.
I guess they haven’t heard of .Xresources?
Tilix [https://gnunn1.github.io/tilix-web/] is missing from the list. My terminal of choice for the last (I lost count) however many years. Integrates nicely with gnome3+
I discovered Terminology a while ago and love it so far.
Alacrity doesn’t follow my OS colour theme which is pretty shitty tbh, but it’s a really good project. uwu
