minus-square@toneverendslink1•2 years agoGnocchi. Potatoes take a while to cook, but then just add flour and egg, roll, shape, boil, toss in sauce. It could take hours and be a disaster if you’re new to it, but 20 mins from cooked potatoes once you’re good. Get a potato ricer.
