I take a very simple approach - Android’s built-in alarms/reminders + 1List. I use the reminders a lot and I check the KISS note app often.

I rather like this workflow, and although I have only dipped my toe in bigger apps like Tasks, Loop, Fokus, I always have the feeling they are overcomplicated for my taste. One day I will give them a more serious trial though :P
