I have diabetes
Does that mean you need to eat sugar regularly to maintain your blood sugar levels?
Tbh I don’t know enough about diabetes, so please forget my other advice about diet. I do not want you to suffer if my advice does not apply.
Maybe if someone else with diabetes can explain how they manage their diet…?
You could still try the caffeine-timing and other suggestions.

What does your nutrition look like? Are you hitting your daily needs for macros and calories? Are you going over your daily requirements (Not very good). What does your vitamin and mineral intake look like? Are you getting enough rarer nutrients like magnesium? How much do you exercise a day/week? There are plenty of things that must be help in balance to avoid fatigue.
My nutrition is that of a struggling lower-“middle” class family
Main thing is getting a lot of sunlight in your eyes early in the morning. Good vid on why this is important, and some other things you can do, from a neurobiologist.
I used to deal with a lot of insomnia, and rather than trying to fix the issue at night, or during the day, it’s best to fix it in the morning: no screens in the morning, just straight out of bed to either take a short walk, or go on a patio / balcony / backyard to get some sun in your eyes.

I usually get at least 10 mins every day, but I forget what the video recommends.

Leap out of bed after you wake and know you have enough sleep. Ditch coffee for yerba mate, no crash. Get 13000 steps a day and be super active. Make a makeshift standing desk
Check your diet. Unless u are diabetic, try eating more fruits. The good ones too, like bananas, avocado, mango, berries, watermelon, pineapple. All the fruits. Drink water as soon as you wake up, along with the sunlight.
Also, you can train yourself. Just do an alarm at the time you wake up usually, and then little by little make that alarm earlier and earlier, just a thought.
