Tbh I don’t know enough about diabetes, so please forget my other advice about diet. I do not want you to suffer if my advice does not apply. Maybe if someone else with diabetes can explain how they manage their diet…? You could still try the caffeine-timing and other suggestions. When you say you want to be more active, is walking an option?
