Also, what about the PATRIOT act and CLOUD act? You know, those US laws that dictate that US companies have to hand out user data to US intelligence agencies, even if that data is stored in other countries.

As such, as far as I can tell, it’s not legally possible for a US company to operate in the EU, unless they don’t process personal data or do so on an actual zero-knowledge basis.
I guess, that requires a separate lawsuit, too, and since it’s hard to prove that they handed out personal data to intelligence agencies, such a lawsuit is just generally unlikely to happen, but yeah, that really feels like it should be resolved.

Are you facebook side ? Lol just delete your account fu** monopolies

      PART 1#

Why are you on social media? because all your friends and family are there, simple. If you left you would feel as if you would lose connection to them, however this isn’t true. Social media is only there for the purpose of making money out of you through advertising and selling your data.

Facebook and other social media also connect data from users that dont have any account. For example they scan the phone contacts of everyone who has their app installed. Sure you can blame the individuals for using the app, but that will never solve the problem. The EU needs to actually enforce its privacy laws against these corporations.
