I hope for both projects to strive really, and ideally they become federated and interoperable with the help of ActivityPub. I can only encourage both projects to work together on this!

Great to see more decentralized forums in the works! Now we have Lemmy and Littr that are being actively worked on, and a few others that may or may not get finished.

I’m so glad to see developers on similar projects socializing and not competing. When Littr first got posted here I was worried that Lemmy fans would shoot it down (same with if Lemmy gets posted on Littr). That’s what happens with commercial projects, see iOS vs Android.
Absolutely, this is a great project and should be supported. Its really low-fingerprint too. Props to /u/mariusor for littr.me
We are definitely not commercial, and not planning to ever be like that :)
