Mostly as in…where is it?
I’ve found a few NSFW communities, but most of those seem to be mostly cheesecake shots of celebrities - yeah, they’re NSFW as in I wouldn’t want my boss to see me looking at them at work, and it would probably get HR all hot and bothered, but…it doesn’t actually do that much for me?
Where’s the equivalent of r/gonewild? As a reddit refugee, if we don’t bring all the hot girls who show their boobs with us, the terrorists have won, frankly.
(yes, I know the pro move here would be to only use reddit for NSFW content because they can’t monetize it…but come on, federated tits).
All of that stuff exists on lemmynsfw.com. you just have to be logged into the instance to see it from their home page. Most mainstream instances are defederated from it to prevent porn from showing up in all.
If you join lemmy.fmhy.ml they don’t defederate from any porn servers. It’s all over my “all” feed and I haven’t decided if I like it or not yet lol.
There’s also pornlemmy.com. You don’t need to be logged in to view posts and there’s no anime/hentai or aigen stuff.

Maybe you were just lucky, I’ve been here for a month and from day one there were bare asses on my feed.
I think I’ve been seeing those posts and communities on the lemmynsfw.com instance.

/all isn’t really all the fediverse though, it’s “all” from communities at least one user on your home instance has subscribed to.
If no one ever subbed or browsed there from your instance, it won’t show in /all.
It’s plausible some instances have different amounts of porn in their /all feed.It loads a shitload of porn!
Even all/hot or active or whatever, really.
The main reason I stopped looking at all. Nothing against NSFW, but I want it when I’m expressly in the mood. I was finding myself masturbating more because of this shit.
Not if (as I didn’t understand) all of the instances where I’ve created accounts defederate Porn servers!

Yeah I’ve said it again and again but lemmynsfw ruins its UX by keeping around thousands of worthless celebrity groups all with single digit levels of subscribers and some without any fucking posts on em, but my rant always seems to fall on deaf ears for whatever reason.
Anyway check out lemmy411, there are a couple groups in lemmynsfw that arent just lame as shit cheesecake shots. Gonewild, boobs, and ass are all fairly active thinking off the top of my head

(Thank you, I guess I could’ve started there…but point stands. Reddit it feels like porn is like, right beneath the surface…Lemmy it feels like I have to go searching for it, and then make a real effort to find it. Maybe I was just on reddit too long - my porn alt had 10+ years)
It’s mainly because you’re on lemmy.ml. They defederated lemmynsfw and pornlemmy, which are the biggest nsfw instance and a fast-growing nsfw instance respectively. You need to join another instance that is fine with nsfw federation to see it.
and also my ‘other’ account, on a totally different instance, was also defederated from lemmynsfw and pornlemmy. The peculiarities of the lemmyverse/fediverse keep coming up in the strangest of ways - thank you!

Seems like most of the proper nsfw communities have congregated there. You may also want to enable nsfw content on your user profile in general if you’re not already seeing them. They’re all over my normal “all communities/hot” sort all the time
I think Lemmy.ml is defederating lemmynsfw.com
Lemmy.ml doesn’t allow any kind of porn. Use Lemmynsfw.com or any other instance that allows porn and isn’t defederating NSFW instances.
They live on lemmynsfw.com. For example !gonewild@lemmynsfw.com
Tbf we don’t have a lot yet. But we’re a young community that actually leans older in many regards, so not having huge porn collections to dump isn’t super surprising. It’ll grow over time.
If anyone can contribute though, please do so. Porn is an important element in retaining users. Not attracting them in the first place, but helping keep them here by giving them hot stuff to look at.
Yeah this was my impression as well. But I’m ancient and I still like porn, so…I was kind of hoping that more of the replies were ‘nobody is brave enough to host it’ because that would give me an excuse to chase my porn magnate dreams, but it sounds like lemmynsfw.com is a thing.

tbf, world hosts porn, it’s completely allowed here. Like a week ago some rando claimed like 40 clearly porn subs and then posted a few things, then I think quit. lol I haven’t seen him since anyway.

I just miss videos on general, I get it’s not realistic for a small business like lemmy to host videos on their servers. But in-app players for links would be great, I miss my dog/cat videos aswell as pussy videos. Imgur for animals, redgifs for porn. Idk maybe throw in TikTok links, even Instagram.
If you open https://pornlemmy.com in an incognito browser window, you might be a little surprised.
Oh well that’s a good start, still not an app and I’m not gonna browse on the website, it’s shit imo.
