Agree, trying to achieve this within capitalism is foolish and pointless, but once the capitalist state is abolished we should aim towards this, for it is the late stage of a classless society, IMHO.

I think the word you’re looking for is Nation State. Even so called “anticapitalist” States are pretty capitalist in all regards ;)
