Most of the time, a conversation goes like this: Them: “what do you do?” Me: “I’m a Substation Designer” Them: “What’s a substation?” Tbf, I was a “them” only a year ago, so it’s no surprise. We’ve all seen them, and most of us never ask what they’re called.
