    This looks very nice. But the recipe is too difficult for me to follow.

      Yeah, too much text. Simplified: Boil carrots until fork tender. Mix the rest of the ingredients and put in a container with the boiled carrots for 1 day in fridge. Put carrots and some of the liquid in a pan, heat until hot. Eat on bun.
