i never watch federated timeline, it is most of the time just anime fest. but local timeline is very important. as it carries the toots of the instance of ehich we are a member. otherwise it will just become a follow to follow type of thing.
i use LE for personal and Zero for work related. Comfortable with both. Zero’s free services are somewhat limited though.
cant blame them but this will strain the company more as they are subject to interest payments which can eat the earnings.

I have both. Tusky is a simple one and Fedilab has many options. Pixelfeed for some reason ain’t working on both.

That I think a lot of people have started doing. Hopefully the numbers will increase. I think there is a crossposting service between Peertube and YouTube.
Sponsors’ pay depends on the number of views a particular creator gets on an average. Most of the time their contract will specify the number of views required for the payment. YouTube have huge number of users compared to Peertube and thus less views than YouTube. So they wont be getting the same money as they get when on Youtube. So, why move.
The main reason why YouTube Creators are not coming to Peertube is as simple as Money. It is not worth it. They may be fine without earnings from YouTube, but I dont think Sponsors will pay the same if their videos are on Peertube.
I use lemmur from fdroid. it would be a better option.
the fact that shouting from a barren land and from middle of a busy city makes the difference. the barren land needs to populate so as to lure the creators.
