When might be a acceptable time for no longer having a mask mandate? As seen in Israel vaccination of 90% isn’t high enough.

Never. Sadly the vaccine isn’t enough and there still are more variants to come. So, sadly, masks and such will stay for years

In the self-organized communes i know of, nobody wears masks (unless receiving fragile public for an event) by default. But when somebody gets sick they get “quarantined” and wear a mask at all times. So far, i’d say about a quarter of the community where i live had COVID at some point (despite intense physical contact), but we managed to avoid further contamination within the community (all cases were people who went to the city and came back with the virus).

It’s not about vaccination rate it is about hospitalisation rate and death rate.

Is there a reasonable chance that you or someone around you could have COVID? Is there a reasonable chance you or someone around you could be hopitalised/killed from catching COVID? If yes then please wear a mask. It costs nothing and can reduce transmission by ~50%
