    1. Costco deli chili, KS hot dog, Schmidt 647 bun. Microwave.

    2. Keto cereal, zero-sugar chobani, vanilla almond milk, powdered peanut butter.

    3. Just about any very saucy meat over cauliflower rice.

    Anything savory gets carolina reaper powder sprinkled over it.
