I mean the one you do when you want something easy to do, but not when you’re tired at the point you microwave a frozen-meal, or just cut down a piece of cheese and put it in a bread

    TBH, I open the fridge and start a soup with whatever in there that is approaching my use-by time. I am good with spices and various ethnic fusion blends and very rarely get a clunker. These are my 3 to 5-minute meals, where everything is precooked.
