      We have to remember that Google is still a powerful company with lots of influence (money) . But I hope that this actually sets a precedent to at least decentralise a little bit their ecosystem

          But Google is more prevalent in the West at least. It has a virtual monopoly on browsers, search engines, and a bunch of other stuff. While Apple is bigger, they haven’t cornered markets the same way Google has.

    A damn good news, which should even the playing ground a bit. Like how Spotify would be forced to pay 15% of their IAP sales to Apple while they directly compete against Apple Music.
