Neither is good or bad, they are just not the same, authors say
Sketchy framing of the facts, purposely skewed sampling, and the science (which I would just call routine lab analysis for any food product) just shows that plants aren’t animals.
It reads as a jab at plant based foods. Eventually they get to ‘one isn’t better than the other’, but they lead with what is good in meat that isn’t found in plants. They also use grass fed beef as their standard for meat when it only makes up 5% of the beef in the US (https://extension.psu.edu/grass-fed-beef-production).

I mean pea protein and coconut fat isn’t meat, so I am not surprised
