I just found out that Odysee has an android app. But its not on the playstore. Anyone have the apk file?

Development under way does not mean released. Just keep an eye on them until the announcement.

I didn’t know there was an app, but you can install the website as a PWA onto the home screen using a chromium-based browser (I use brave). Just click on the bar at the bottom that says something about installing to the home screen.
It seems like the android app is still in the works, i just found out too and damn i want an android app.

The Odysee app is just a frontend for the website. Can be weird in some actions.
Just use the LBRY app.
