I don’t think there is one. What I do is use the website on Firefox wth uBlock Origin, and Decentraleyes add-ons.
Don’t do it on android tho, FF sites are not isolated, you better use Bromite or Brave for those shady sites.

You could always just link the webapp to your home screen. Not idea, but it’s a pretty close experience.
