According to the report, from more than 2.3 million tons of corn, wheat, barley and other agricultural products exported from Ukraine between August 1 and September 7, about 900,000 tons were sent to the ports of EU member states.
Vladimir Putin on Wednesday accused Western nations of lying when they say that Ukrainian ports are needed to alleviate the risk of famine in poor countries, as a lion’s share of the grain is being exported to Western states.

This works just dandy for the overall plan. Europe avoids the much dreaded famine, the “undesirables” starve and thus fall in numbers, and should this cause a repetition of the 2015 migration “crisis”, it will either be used as pretext for a final switch to mask-off fascism, or will put the final nail in EU’s coffin and remove it as USA’s partner/competition - turning it fully into a colony.
I couldn’t put my finger on what the ‘Russia mines the black sea thing’ was about, because I kept thinking how the EU was going to use it’s de-mining story against Russia.
I had not thought of lying in order to grab the food for oneself instead letting third world nations buy them.

Nobody is blaming Russia here? It’s Putin blaming the EU + West for lying and spreading propaganda, since after all this talk about Africa, it turns out 38% of the wheat was EU bound (likely for profit).

Sometimes (as in the case of El Pais) you can get around the paywall by disabling Javascript.
