This is definitely an interesting concept, it’s GPL3.0 too, but Mozilla states on the page that they don’t recommend the app due to its ability to potentially steal data. I’d say, proceed with caution.
mozilla puts that warning in almost all extensions. in a sense it’s just a reminder that extensions aren’t checked by mozilla so you install them on your own etc.
Still though, can’t be too careful. I’d check out the repo and see that it’s got a bit of a following first.
Someone on Mastodon said that /u/dessalines was involved with this (made sense at the time since Lemmy is an option).

I’m not involved w/ it, but I think the creator might be on masto. Anyway the repo is open source so I doubt its stealing data, I don’t know what makes mozilla put that on apps.
I think it’s probably just the permissions it requires and the fact that it makes requests to external sites (in order to post stuff).
