“The draft resolution is in the negotiation process and it is expected to be tabled at the UN General Assembly for approval soon,” Malaysian News Agency quoted Ibrahim as saying Monday during a session of the Malaysian Parliament.
He added that once approved, the resolution is expected to be a legal basis for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) to continue providing aid for the Palestinians in the occupied Palestinian territories and in other countries.

The purpose of the UN is to bring all countries no matter how evil together. The UN is useful - to the extent is useful at all - because of the larger number of nations that get together in peace to talk. I’m sure China loves this as it helps their efforts to keep Taiwan out. It also legitimizes an increasingly isolated settler colony. Allowing Israel to attack UN aid workers unpunished is in violation of everything the UN stands for.
