Telegram might be okay. It offers decryption, but that function must be turned on - for private chat, i think. it does have groups such as crytpo groups for this or that state or country or for a certain software. It does require a phone number, though. Because bots post so much spam, many social networking sites are asking for more and more verification, but that hurts user as much as it does the bot-spammer. I don’t now the answer to that other than a bunch of whitehat hackers taking down the bots/spammers and locking their computers somehow.
