I am so tired of being forced to consume media and ads before I get to my intended target. The main value of Reddit as a link aggregator was that the context was curated by the people and was independent of paid sources.

This API change represents that Reddit’s first and only priority is going to be the shareholders. I want to show them that I do not support that ideology.
