I have a though dilemma. I got a date for a wisdom teeth surgery but It’s one day before a concert. Could something bad happen if I attend both? I will only drink water on the concert.

I had mine out when I was like 18 on a Friday and I hosted a house party the following Saturday/Sunday. They gave me pain pills so I wasn’t even uncomfortable.
Just don’t smoke weed/anything really, don’t suck dick. Don’t use a straw. Or do anything that creates suction in your mouth. Then only do what you feel up to.
Although I’ve gone to concerts in a wheelchair after internal surgery so I might just have a high pain tolerance and a low FOMO-tolerance
Thanks for the advice! I was mainly thinking if jumping and singing like a madman would create severe problems.
I absolutely admire your commitment ngl.
I doubt that you will be able to do that, at least not without causing some bleeding. I couldn’t even open my mouth properly to even eat for about 1-2 weeks. (But I had roots with 90° angles in them, so they had to drill out some of the bone…)
Couldn’t disagree, since this will be my first time in terms of wisdom teeth removal. I’m just a summer child about this probably.
Umm, are there gonna be stitches involved? Because you probably shouldn’t be jumping about.
There will definitely be stitches but luckily my friend has decided to sell the tickets instead since my other friend can’t go either and because of my situation. Thank you though!
I know it’s disappointing, but that’s good to hear. I didn’t have stitches, but many extractions, and even then the dentist told me to be very gentle with myself so as not to cause the wounds to start bleeding again. Take care, and rest well.
I am not disappointed since I don’t know what to compare it with, so not a problem. Roger that, kind lemmyer!
