Can definitely confirm that it’s a worthwhile watch. I actually watched the initial video as well as this one in one sitting. It was interesting, if a bit disheartening.

It’s separated into 4 parts, each talks about different topic which also written in the description. So I think it can feel easier to watch even though it’s long.
