It was /r/jailbait but, as mentioned in the comments of that thread, you could add anyone as a mod to your subreddit without their consent so it means nothing.
I agree, the real red flag was allowing it in the first place. Spez in particular seems like a psychopath who couldn’t care less about anyone else and never thought for half a second about the harm in portraying children that way.
