Please spread it! They don’t do any advertising so it’s entirely word of mouth, and last year there were over 20,000 responses!
i see the confusion but it could easily be argued that someone questioning whether or not they are binary would be experiencing gender (at least for the moment), outside of the binary. therefore, a questioning person may be eligible this year and ineligible the next
