Floridian here, climate change is already fucking us in the ass. The heat is unbearable (more so then 10 years ago) our tropical storms are getting worse, and hurricane season is less something people view as an inconvenience, but something that could cost you your home, all of your possessions, and your life.
Yeah, we’re certainly getting it here in the Pacific Northwest with more wild fire, more drought, and shrinking glaciers. But it’s nowhere near as bad as Florida.
It will be under water soon enough.
Sadly the same goes for Venice. …And every other costal city.
At least I know how to swim. :D
