PSL is the party in this country imo, for multiple reasons. Unlike in CPUSA or DSA, paying dues but never showing out is not enough to consider oneself a cadre. Political education is a top priority and they’re constantly doing important work all across the country. If there’s a major protest or event going on, PSL is either there in solidarity or helping orchestrate it.
Ntm their impressive presence online… if you listen to anti-imperialist or Marxist media, you’ve probably run into PSL affiliates like Empire Files, Breakthrough News, Redacted Tonight, or The Socialist Program with Brian Becker, all absolutely 10/10 as well.
If you’re looking for a serious party, I’d recommend them 100%. The only criticism leveled at them that isn’t 100% pernicious lying is the accusation that the work they do can cause burnout. It’s an unfortunate reality of how serious they take organizing more than anything, and they’ve seemingly grown more accomodating to taking breaks and the like.
I actually came across them through The Socialist Program with Brian Becker. Someone posted an episode on here a few weeks back. I was really impressed and have been listening nonstop ever since.

This server has several PSL members also. But really any party is good, ppl shound join whatever’s active in their city.
