Splitting, even stratifying, the workforce (in some industries more than others, obviously).

Also a problem of home office is imho that employers often don’t pay the setup like ergonomic chairs, tables etc even if they would need to, also because some employees don’t dare to ask

      Came here to say this: antiwork stands for the abolition of work as a social system. It’s entirely possible to have unions standing for abolition of wage slavery, such as anarcho-syndicalist unions. However, how to not work and build something else entirely is in my personal view more aligned with “anti-work goals”.

      Still, huge respects to anyone organizing on their workplace i’m not here to judge personal choices based on survival in this crazy world.
