Stalin or mao
You picked ones that are way to hard to elaborate on without writing a full thesis, but I lean just a little more towards Stalin
@Alanaben123 Mao easily
Maolin
Fidel or Che (impossible)
That is a tough one. I think I lean a little more toward Fidel, but not really for any quantifiable objective reason
Same… I feel more familiar with fidel because of his autobiography, and the fact that he lived so much longer and thus had a greater impact on the world.
That is a hard one
Gramsci or Bordiga (easy)
Gramsciiiiiiiiii
and now, for a spicier one, gramsci or losurdo?
Losurdo. Just because Gramsci gets cited too often by liberals (and even on occasion reactionaries) who completely miss the point.
I know much less about Losurdo than I do Gramsci, but I totally agree with your point about reactionaries both liberal and far right cherry picking his quotes on culture to misconstrue his point
Bordiga
lasagna
jk
William Z. Foster or W. Alphaeus Hunton
Bet you didn’t expect two “obscure” ones, didja now?
I didn’t know Hunton was a self-professed or practicing communist, just knew he had been accused of being one. To be fair, I know far too little about him
He was apart of the CPUSA.
Stalin or Tito
Stalin
Joe Biden and Donald Trump, both communists according to my fellow Murkkkans
