My main browser is Librewolf but I keep a chromium browser just in case. Previously used brave but their flatpak is shit. Ungoogled chromium seems ok but it looks like they don’t change much from upstream chromium. Any good chromium browsers which harden their browsers like librewolf does for more privacy?
They load google Javascript right? Does that proof “your account data” is sent to Google or Facebook (hate these hide-away company names)
I think this is not true. Mozilla doesnt send user accounts to these sites.
Even though the plain existence of these javascript tracking scripts is absurd. But dont spread fake news please
I relay on the test (Blacklight, Webkoll, Privacy Score) of the Mozilla page, which clearly sends data to Alphabet and others, which for sure are not holiday greetings. Firefox maybe a good and private browser, but Mozilla itself is definitivly, not as long it depends on Google money. As say, Firefox is fine, if you download it from GitHub or others and sync with other providers than Mozilla, otherwise Google will know at least your log in data, yes or yes. That is the point. As said, I hope it becoms reality that Mozilla want to not renew the contract with Google, oyherwise its effort to create a free internet wil get trunced. Depending on extern investors, as main sponsor and even colaborator Google, convert Mozilla in a mascot of the dark site.
