Note: Proper tagging is an actual serious topic to discuss, not only for the jam, but for games promotion as well. Finding the best (ethical) practices for this is one of the Fedijam goals as stated.
Hey, this is fantastic! I was (and am) unfamiliar of what a “jam” means, so maybe that can be explained a bit better (it is a hackathon / brainstorm of sorts?). But it is super duper that you want to announce / conduct them via the Fediverse. I’ll toot about this, and you can also post to fediverse.town. The idea needs more exposure.
Btw, I saw your mention of Fediverse Party. I co-maintain the watchlists for that site, which have more information and links to code projects. They are the ActivityPub Application Watchlist and ActivityPub Developer Resources Watchlist. Maybe in some future jam federated games can be the theme :)
