What is the best way of waiving all copyright of my work? Specifically for source code / computer programs. CC0, 0BSD?

Is it possible to add something like:

This work is owned by no one. Do whatever you want.

or something like that?

Just go to save creative and register it as Public Domain. Later you put in the License section that it is public domain.

CC0 is probably the closest you can get to waiving your copyright. (Haven’t looked at 0BSD)

The issue is that some nations do not allow the voluntary waiving of copyright, making your work of dubious legal status in such cases.

Why so you need to waive your copyright though? Wouldn’t a more common MIT or BSD license suffice?

As others have said, CC0 and WTFPL are your best choices, as many legal systems do not provide another way to “release into the public domain/waive copyright”, they treat certain authors rights as inalienable.
