Actually, do people here see the UN as liberal or fascist? I don’t really know.
Though technically every nation in the UN has an equal vote, it’s generally dominated by American soft power and western ideology.
The things China has done through it, such as humanitarian work in Africa, has been generally pretty based. But the kind of stuff the western powers try to do though it is generally… not great.
PLA soldiers who participate in UN missions are given peace medals all the time and thanked as heroes in the countries they end up in. Western soldiers, tho, end up guarding oil fields, or poppy fields, or backing NATO-leaning governments during protests/uprisings.
NATO militaries fire bomb food supplies in the middle east to force local populations to starve, then use the UN to drop thousands of pounds of humanitarian MREs on those countries, forcing dependency on the western powers. Meanwhile, the PLA in the UN in Africa are building granaries and helping farmers improve their yields, to prevent hunger.
Which, I guess, is why the Alliance of Friends (or whatever they called themselves, I have a bad memory for names) is an exciting development. If it develops in a way that lets the based countries leave the UN, it would clear up a lot of the grey area on whether or not the UN should be supported by anti-westerners.
They’re the same picture

The USA is an authoritarian Neoliberal state. It places the rights of private property and capital as it’s primary ideal, serves the private property owning class and actively attacks movements globally that act in contrary to this order of state. Neoliberalism is not opposed to fascism, but prefers it’s more obvious forms to be in the countries that it exploits, rather than within its own borders, hence the US support of fascists such as those installed in banana republics and other countries of the global south whose resources U.S. based corporations profit from, in order to maintain that ownership and prevent workers from shifting that power structure.
